SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antitheft devices, particularly, to steering interlocking device to be incorporated with car starting system that incorporates hot-wire function. Steering electrical interlocking device comprises locking link that moves between first position of locking engagement with fixed position on steering column shaft and second disengagement position of release form said interlocking engagement. Besides, steering electrical interlocking device comprises driving appliance to move locking link between both said positions and electronical hardware for drive control. System to allow authorised access to control may incorporate matched device made up of electronic gate, identification pickup or chip card. Given authorised matched device, said drive is electronically switched to driving interlocking link into relevant position. Electronics generates signals to initiate functions usually performed by electric ignition key.
EFFECT: ease of operation without extra hardware.
