FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing aluminium nitride and is meant for use in production of refractory ceramic articles. Aluminium nitride is obtained by burning aluminium nanopowder in air, wherein during burning, said powder is exposed to magnetic field with induction equal to 0.30-0.40 T.
EFFECT: high output (up to 83 wt %) of aluminium nitride in combustion products.
