FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: balcony includes a plate with a cantilever beyond the outer plane of the plate of more than one metre. The plate is supported at least in three points. Two points of support are provided at the plate angles at a building wall via mediators - prefabricated reinforced concrete cantilever tables. The third point of support is a prefabricated reinforced concrete pillar installed under the external longitudinal edge of the balcony plate within the limits of each floor. There might be one, two and more such pillars for each balcony plate, and their quantity depends on the balcony plate length. Pillars rest against their own foundation. The balcony plate support at the cantilever table fixed at the ceiling disk and the building wall ensured formation of an air gap between the longitudinal edge of the plate and the outer plane of the wall bearing part. The heat-insulating layer of the wall is pulled through this gap.
EFFECT: increased cantilever of a balcony.
