FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: arrangement of prefabricated reinforced concrete parapet of cantilever type is intended for multi-storey attic-free buildings with continuous coupling of wall and coating insulator layers under cantilever part of parapet. The parapet consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements, at the same time one of them is made as cantilever, which provides for displacement of vertical planes of parapet and building external wall relative to each other, and also for development of a continuous break along the vertical plane between the upper edge of the wall, the building coating and the lower plane of parapet, which forms a free zone under the cantilever part of parapet to locate layers of coating and building external wall insulator and their continuous coupling.

EFFECT: reduced thermal energy for building heating due to elimination of cold bridge in zone of external wall coating and parapet coupling.
