FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: pyro-valve consists of case with inlet and outlet orifices. There are cavities in the case. The cavities are separated with a partition. A piston is installed on one of the cavities. The piston is equipped with a rod with a punch. The latter is directed to the side of the partition. A conic plug is made solid with the rod and can be wedged in a response conic seat. The seat is made in the cavity of the case. A pyro-chamber is located behind the piston. The conic plug has a double-layer structure. Offset yield strength and hardness of material of the case, rod, punch and an internal layer of the conic plug structure are 2-3 times higher, than offset yield point and hardness of an external layer of the conic plug structure. Thickness of the upper layer of the structure of the conic plug is commensurate to depth of plastic deformation of this layer when the conic plug chokes the conic seat of the case and is 0.05-0.1 of length of generatrix of the conic plug.
EFFECT: raised reliability of valve at small dimension-weight characteristics.
