FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: oven consists of rotation drive and of rotating cylinder drum of oven positioned vertically and assembled out of sections of similar area along perimetre with equilateral triangles alternately inclined towards each other and interconnected with two sides. Each section is connected to another with free ends of triangles. Also, a stationary cylinder spring is installed inside the drum along its total length for transfer of cement and its intensified mixing. The spring is equipped with a device changing lead of a screw of the cylinder spring for its stretch or compression.

EFFECT: control over motion of cement raw stock, over intensity of cement raw stock mixing and over efficiency; expanded process functionality.
