FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: test method of products from magnetically soft material consists in the fact that sine voltage generator circuit includes winding applied to the test sample, variable controllable capacitor, current metre, the circuit is adjusted to voltage resonance, magnetic field intensity is defined by current in test sample winding. Current metre records all values of excitation current. The value of maximum magnetic induction is defined proportional to voltage average value of test sample winding. Resonance is defined by phase coincidence of voltage amplitude values of sequencing circuit of variable controllable capacitor and test sample winding and current in the circuit. By current-voltage characteristic of series connected test sample winding and variable controllable capacitor there defined is the shape of test sample hysteresis loop that corresponds to present excitation current, that is scaled proportionally to maximum value of magnetic induction. Losses for reversal magnetisation are defined by hysteresis loop area, then changing the amplitude at sine voltage generator output. Measurement of hysteresis loops for all necessary values of excitation current are performed in the same manner. Saturated hysteresis loop crossing with vertical and horizontal axis defines the values of remanent magnetic induction and coercitive force of test sample correspondingly.
EFFECT: increase of measurement rate and accuracy.
