FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: devices are used in structure of analogue microcircuits of various functional purpose, automatic amplification adjustment systems, analogue signal multipliers, mixers of active filters, etc. Controlled amplifier includes input "voltage ux - current" converter (VCC) (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs connected to the appropriate emitters of the first (4) and the second (5) transistors (T) taking the logarithm, the bases of which are combined; the first (6) current-stabilising bipole (CB) connected between the first (7) power source (PS) and combined bases of the first (4) and the second (5) T; the first (8) and the second (9) output T the emitters of which are combined and connected to the first output of the first pedestal current source (PCS) (10), and bases are connected to the appropriate first (2) and second (3) current outputs, input VCC (1), load circuit (11) connected between the first (7) PS and collectors of the first (8) and the second (9) T, connected to the first (12) and the second (13) outputs of the device, the first (14) input of CA (controlled amplifier) channel, the second (15) PS (power source) connected to the second output of the first PCS (10) and input VCC (1). The first additional resistor (16) is connected between the first input (14) of CA (controlled amplifier) channel and the first output of the first PCS (10), and temperature-dependent bias circuit (17) containing two p-n junctions is connected between common bus of the first (7) and the second (15) PS and combined bases of the first (4) and the second (5) T taking the algorithm.
EFFECT: simplifying amplification control channel, improving temperature stability and frequency characteristic.
