BROADBAND AMPLIFIER Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC H03F3/45

Abstract RU 2436227 C1

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: broadband amplifier comprises the first (1) and the second (2) input transistors (T), emitters of which are connected to the first (3) source of supply (SS) via the first (4) and second (5) current-stabilising dipoles (CD) and via the first (6) and second (7) parasite capacitors are connected by AC to the common bus (8) of the first (3) and second (9) SS, a source of input signal (10), connected to the base of the first T (1) and the common bus (8), a scaling resistor (11), the first output of which is connected to the emitter of T (1), a circuit of potentials matching (12), connected between the second (9) SS and combined first outputs of the first (13) and second (14) logarithm-finding p-n transitions, the first (15) output T, the base of which is connected to the collector of T (1) and the second output of the first (13) logarithm-finding p-n transition, the second (16) output T, the base of which is connected to the collector T (2) and the second output of the second (14) logarithm-finding p-n transition, besides, the emitters of T (15) and T (16) are connected to the first (17) source of reference current, and the collectors are connected to the output chain of the device load (18). The following components are introduced into the circuit: the third (19) input T, the base of which is connected to the common bus (8), the emitter is connected to the bus of the first (3) SS via the third (20) CD and is connected to the second output of the scaling resistor (11), and the collector is connected to the emitter of the auxiliary T (21), the basis of which is connected to the circuit of potentials matching (12), the collector is connected to the second (9) SS, besides, the base of T (2) is connected to the base of T (1).

EFFECT: expansion of broadband amplifier working frequencies range.
