SUBSTANCE: according to one aspect of this invention, elements of data resource are assigned to multiple code units, and quantities of data resource elements assigned to each code unit are substantially equal. The initial TDM approach or the initial FDM approach may be selected depending on the number of code units, size of a transport unit or speed of data transfer.
