SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and may be used to prepare seeds for sowing. The method is realised in the following manner: at first a cultural liquid is produced, which is used as a binder and is produced when cultivating Xanfhomonas campestris on molasses, being a waste of sugar production, and at the temperature of 28-30°C for 60-64 hours, and dissolved with water in the ratio of 2:1. Then a biopreparation is produced by cultivation of Pseudomonas aureofaciens bacteria on a liquid fraction of post-alcohol grains at the temperature of 24-26°C for 19-21 hours. 1 ml of biopreparation is added to 200 ml of produced mixture and mixed.
EFFECT: application of this method promotes increasing speed of seeds germination, efficiency of crops protection against diseases caused by phytopathogens, which results in higher crop capacity.
