FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and agriculture, in particular, to production of a preparation used as a growth stimulator for agricultural crops. The technical result is achieved by the method for producing a biological preparation for stimulating plant growth due to the high content of IAA in the culture liquid including joint cultivation of strains of bacteria Pseudomonas chloraphis subsp.auerofaciens B-5326 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y-4317. The strains of bacteria are therein seeded separately in a nutritious fructose medium and cultivated in aeration conditions until a titer of at least 500 million cl/ml is achieved, resulting in stock cultures seeded in a molasses-based nutrient medium at a ratio of 2:1 and grown until a cell titer of at least 1010 to 1011 CFU/ml is achieved, and the duration of fermentation is 17 to 18 h.
EFFECT: development of a method for producing a new biological preparation effective for stimulating agricultural crop growth, based on the biomass of a consortium of microorganisms, as well as reduction in the time of production of the preparation and increase in the viability of the microorganisms throughout the term of storage of the preparation.
