SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of cosmetology and deals with technology of obtaining cosmetic preparations for skin care. Method of obtaining cosmetic preparation includes step-by-step dispersion of components at room temperature. Components are successively introduced into installation with powerful hydroacoustic impact, in which dispersion of components and cavitation homogenisation of emulsion with further packing is performed. Mode of resonance acoustic cavitation is formed inside flow mechanical fluctuation system-canal, which has frequency of fluctuations f, and distance between walls, forming flow canal, equal 1. Generation of ultrasound fluctuations is performed with amplitude, exceeding threshold of acoustic cavitation. Optimal amplitude of fluctuations and time of insonification for different stages of emulsion obtaining are determined preliminarily in test manner for specified type of emulsion base. Distance between canal walls is chosen by ratio.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain finest monodisperse cream emulsions with submicron size of disperse phase, which essentially improve organoleptic properties of cosmetic preparation, makes it possible to make amount of emulsifier necessary for production several times lower.
