FIELD: cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method of producing an emulsion beauty preparation involving a step-by-step dispersion of partially soluble components such as vegetable oil, emulsifier and biologically active substances of various origin, solid powdered ingredients-sorbents or abrasives; at that, the components are fed into a continuous-flow mechanical oscillating system-channel with a rectangular cross-section, where there is formed a quasi-flat standing wave creating a powerful cavitation effect for homogeneization of emulsion, characterised by the fact that, prior to the emulsion preparation supply to the system-channel with a rectangular cross-section, there is created a coarse emulsion medium with the size of disperse phase equal to 8-15 mcm by means of mechanical mixing in the blade mixer at a speed of 1000-3000 rpm.
EFFECT: invention allows to 5-7 times reduce the time of achievement of colloidal stability, improves the structure of the cosmetic emulsion, namely, to reduce its dispersion and to increase the level of homogeneity.
