FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: system for loading and unloading hydrocarbons in waters with changing conditions contains icebreaking ship (10) moored to the sea bed (12) by means of tower buoy (11) and where tanker (16) is moored using at least one mooring hawser (17) by its forebody to afterbody of icebreaker either at distance from the icebreaker (10) under conditions when there is no influence of ice, or in physical contact with the icebreaker under conditions when there is ice. The device also contains at least one hose (24) and valve system to transfer hydrocarbons from the icebreaker (10) to the tanker (16).
EFFECT: possibility of hydrocarbons production at sea in arctic conditions.
