FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to aircraft equipment electric power supply. Following is claimed: device and method for electric energy generation on board of aircraft containing several generators and several air conditioning units equipped with ambient air intake. The device includes control unit to generate commands for air conditioning units to operate as backup generators. The latter in emergency mode use force of overboard air to generate voltage. Also there is device for electric energy accumulation. This device performs electric energy supply in transient periods between normal and emergency modes during aircraft landing.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides reliable aircraft landing in case of main electric generation interruption.
