FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of household and industrial effluents. Effluents are fed via pipeline 1 into fine mechanical cleaning device 2. Treated flow is fed into vertical sand separator 3. Further, effluents are fed into mixing chamber with active sludge 4. Effluents are forced by circulation pump 18 from mixing chamber 4 via pressure pipeline 19 into combined buotreatment device 5. Mix of effluents and sludge is forced via biofilter media 6, collected by accumulation pans 6 and directed to effluents collectors 10. Sludge flakes precipitate in precipitation zone 15 of aeropack. clean water from precipitation zone 15 flows into accumulation pans and, further, into bioreactors of deep additional treatment 21. Water that passed filter media 17 is directed into accumulation pans of bioreactor 21. Excess biomass from combined biotreatment device 5 and sediment of bioreactors 21 are bled into excess sludge treatment device 20.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and stability.
