FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: sleeper of a rail track slab has a design of a bar type. Crushed stone grains are arranged on a reinforced concrete sleeper base by means of concreting and protrude beyond the horizontal part of the base surface. Crushed stone grains concreted into the base and protruding beyond its horizontal part are arranged with a gap from each other. Tops of grains that protrude for the largest distance from the horizontal surface of the base are located from each other at a distance and lie in a single plane, parallel to horizontal part of the sleeper surface.
EFFECT: increased force of resistance to displacement in a sleeper ballast both in longitudinal and transverse directions.
