FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: in the digital adaptive system for bulk material drying process control containing sensors registering temperature and humidity of the material being dried, the first and the second comparator elements, digital temperature and humidity regulators, a summator and a job generation unit the first and the second outputs whereof are accordingly connected to the first inputs of the first and the second comparator elements the outputs whereof are accordingly connected to the first inputs of the digital temperature and humidity regulators with the digital temperature regulator output delivered to the first input of the dryer for drying medium consumption adjustment with the digital humidity regulator output connected to the first input of the summator the output whereof is delivered to the second input of the dryer for drying medium temperature adjustment, signals from the sensors registering temperature and humidity of the material being dried accordingly delivered to the second inputs of the first and the second comparator elements. Additionally included in the system are a cross-linkage compensator, a functional unit, a closed system identification unit, an object model parameters calculation unit and a control adaptation unit. Signals to the fist and the second inputs of the closed system identification unit are delivered from the first and the second outputs of the job generation unit, to the thirds and the fourth inputs - from the sensors registering temperature and humidity of the material being dried. The closed system identification unit output is connected to the first input of the object model parameters calculation unit the output whereof is connected to the input of control adaptation unit the first output whereof is connected to the second input model parameters calculation unit with the second and the third outputs accordingly connected to the second inputs of the digital temperature and humidity regulators while the fourth output is connected to the first input of the cross-linkage compensator the second input whereof is connected to the output of the digital temperature regulators with the third input connected to the first output of the functional unit the second output whereof is connected to the input of the job generation unit. The cross-linkage compensator output is connected to the summator second input.
EFFECT: digital adaptive system for bulk material drying process control enables the target product quality improvement due to increased dynamic precision and reduction of the time spent on determination of the parameters controlled by way of cross-linkage compensation and adaptation of the system controlling part in case of non-stationarity of the control object dynamic properties.
