SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method and a device for generating the control signal for unforced cooling of the electrical heater of an oven, wherein the device has apparatus for setting the initial temperature, apparatus for setting the cooling rate signal, apparatus for setting the signal for the rate of correction heating, three comparators, a unit for extracting a positive-polarity signal, two amplifiers, a positive-polarity relay element, a differentiation element, an integrator and a temperature sensor.
