FIELD: medical equipment, devices designed for cryogenic action on biological tissue, cryogenic operations. SUBSTANCE: cryosurgical apparatus includes cryogenic tool incorporating heat exchanger, temperature-sensitive element and electric heater, source of cooling agent, device for metered supply of cooling agent, master unit and unit controlling conditions of cryogenic action made of amplifier coupled to device forming error signal which in its turn is linked to device setting temperature mode and to proportionally-integral controller. Apparatus also has synchronization generator and pulse generator of indirect heating connected to proportionally-integral controller. Invention allows operativeness of cryosurgical intervention thanks to reduction of interoperational losses of time caused by change of cryogenic tools and of material losses for purchase of cryogenic equipment for work with cryogenic tools of various type.
