SUBSTANCE: device comprises a stabiliser, the output of which is connected to the first contact of a capacitor, a subtractor, the first input of which is connected to the second contact of the capacitor, the second input of the subtractor is connected to the stabiliser output, the subtractor output is the device output, and the subtractor comprises four resistors and an operational amplifier, at the same time: the output of the operational amplifier serves as the subtractor output; a non-inverting input of the operational amplifier is connected to the second and first contacts, accordingly, of the first resistor and the second resistor, which form a high-frequency filter together with the capacitor; an inverting input of the operational amplifier is connected to the second and first contacts accordingly of the third and fourth resistor; the first contacts of the first resistor and the third resistor are accordingly the first and second inputs of the subtractor; the second contact of the second resistor is grounded; the second contact of the fourth resistor is connected to the output of the operational amplifier.

EFFECT: reduced level of noise in a whole spectrum of frequencies.
