SUBSTANCE: voltage regulator contains a comparison unit, a pass element unit and a reference voltage unit. The latter includes a stablitron and an RC filter, which is connected to the input of the comparison unit, the output and another input of which are connected to the node of the pass element. In this case, the other output of the comparison unit is connected to the base of the output stage bipolar transistor, and its input is connected to the first and second resistors and the pass element capacitor, the transistor collector is connected to the second resistor and capacitor. The reference voltage unit additionally includes a resistor connected to the stabilitron.
EFFECT: obtaining ultra-low noise level at the output of the stabilizer.
