FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crushing materials in conical crushers and may be used in production of crushed stones. Proposed method comprises setting optimum discharge gap between cones, adjusting centrifugal force of drive vibrator, loading initial material and discharging finished product. Balls made from uncrushed material and sized to lump rated size at crusher outlet are loaded into crusher together with material to be crushed. Balls and materials to be crushed are loaded via separation device.
EFFECT: reduced amount of fine fractions.
