METHOD TO CARRY OUT REPAIR AND RECONSTRUCTION WORKS AT BUILDING FACILITIES WITH BRICKWORK OF OUTER AND INNER WALLS Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC E04G23/00 

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method includes reinforcement of brickwork with installation of a system of girder belts, pads and tension bars of helical reinforcement and threaded couplings. During its realisation initially the outer walls are reinforced by drilling of the first group of holes in them at the inner side of the wall for the depth of at least 1/2 of the wall thickness without their outlet to the outer surface of the wall. Then anchor pins are fixed in these holes, and the second group of holes is drilled with larger diameter for the depth of 0.5-0.8 of the wall thickness, where packers are installed, and the brickwork is injected with an injection composition. Then linens of composite materials are adhered onto an inner surface of external walls. Afterwards the brickwork is reinforced in the inner walls of the building by means of injection with an epoxide composition and inner walls surface covering with linens of composite materials, with subsequent creation of a beam belt by means of installation of metal structure elements on beam belts of inner and outer walls at the level of an overlying floor in an above slab and their connection to each other by means of tension bars of helical reinforcement and threaded couplings.

EFFECT: reduced damage of a facing layer and preservation of initial appearance of a repaired facility.
