FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device for unloading bearings in power machines with rotor consists of case (2) with chamber, of unloading disc (1), of channels (7) and of cavities of high and low pressure. Disc (1) is positioned in the chamber of case (2), at least cylinder surface of which interacts with a working element of the power machine and is communicated with the cavity of high pressure. From the side of the rotor between cylinder surface of disc (1) and walls of the chamber of case (2) there are installed seals (3) forming several symmetrically arranged separate sections (8) in a gap between case (2) and cylinder surface of disc (1). Each separate section (8) is communicated with cavities (7) of high and low pressure by means of channels (7). Flow switch (6) and regulated throttle device (5) are installed in each channel (7).
EFFECT: increased resource of power machine due to unloading radial, radial-thrust and thrust bearings under various conditions of loading.
