FIELD: manufacture of pumps; construction of pumped provided with relief units. SUBSTANCE: pump is provided with relief disk with hub, fixed ring forming relief chamber together with relief disk. Chamber is communicated with high-pressure zone and with low-pressure chamber by means of end throttling slot. Pump is provided with sliding bearing having body with drain recesses and journal mounted on shaft. Secured on bearing body is cap with ring secured to it. Journal of bearing is section in length. All parts of journal rest against each other by end surfaces. Liquid is delivered to cavity located between parts of journal. Part of journal located on side of relief disk is of lesser diameter as compared with part of journal located on side of free end of shaft. It is provided with end thrust band forming additional throttling slot together with ring on bearing cap. Throttling slot is communicated with drain recess located in bearing cap. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in starting and stopping modes through increase of axial and radial load-carrying capacity. 1 dwg
