SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitaryware industry and is designed for use mostly in domestic bath tubs or in domestic shower cabins. In method of doing water jet procedures of dynamic type in a domestic bath tub, prior to start of water jet procedures, using a unit of automatic control and/or according sensors, a zone of a specific human body section is set for treatment, as well as speed, time and/or number of reciprocal movements. A guide of reciprocal movement device is realised as a stand with a through slot capable of being arranged at the side or at the end in a domestic bath tub. The stand comprises a geared belt or an endless chain, moving in two geared wheels fixed on bearings in upper and lower parts of the stand. An axis of one wheel is directly or via a reducer connected to a reversible motor, which ensures reciprocal motion of a switching element with the help of the automatic control unit and/or according sensors. The switching element is arranged in the form of a T-shaped device. The horizontal section of the element comprises fixtures for detachable coupling with a connecting element, which is rigidly connected to the geared belt or the endless chain in the stand of the reciprocal movement device and is equipped with rollers. Rollers move in slots of at least one additional guide installed in the stand and serving to damp possible side and end oscillations. The vertical section of the switching element is arranged in the form of detachably and undetachably coupled directly or via an intermediate connecting element with a horizontal section of the switching element, moved in a through slot of the plate stand - for the case of the side version of stand arrangement in the domestic bath tub or a vertical section of the T-shaped element for the case of end version of the stand arrangement in the domestic bath tub with appropriate holes used to install a header with elements of jet flows generation via yokes fixed in holes.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities, increased reliability, efficiency and quality of water jet procedures realised in the domestic bath tub, with achievement of maximum water needle therapeutic effect.
