FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, and may be used for hydro massage procedures used in physiotherapy rooms, balneotherapeutic departments of hospital and health resorts, and also can be used in the household baths or as a part of house showers. The method for dynamic hydro massage procedures includes specifying an attack angle and/or a jet stream configuration, as well as the medium parameters - temperature, water flow, and the treatment parameters - the treatment surface area, speed, time or number of reciprocations of sub-millimetre water jets and automatic travel of the latter with respect to a body. The treatment surface area is specified to be as extensive as possible for the given actuator of automatic travel of the jet streams; the area is divided into sub-areas; a number and a change sequence of the hydro massage sub-areas, as well as the directions of the jet stream involved are specified. The number of the treatment sub-areas used 
is shown at least by the relation 
The directions of the jet streams are both reciprocations, and rotation or rocking, or a combination thereof.
EFFECT: enhancement, higher productivity, efficiency and reliability of the hydro massage procedures.
