SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ceramic mixtures which can be used in making bricks for lining furnaces. The ceramic mixture contains high-melting clay, quartzite and pyrophyllite, with the following ratio of components in wt %: high-melting clay 40.0-45.0; quartzite 45.0-54.0; pyrophyllite 6.0-10.0.
