FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: device designed for casing boreholes with shank ends of casing wells consists of case stepped by diameter and connected with transporting string via bore arranged in the case. Also, the case at his upper step of bigger diameter forms a circular cavity with a bore; in the cavity there is positioned a differential bush with load bearing stops; the bush is connected with the case by means of a sheared element. The differential bush travels axially under hydraulic pressure in the transport string releasing load carrying stops and disconnecting the case from a funnel inside the case connected with the shank end. The funnel is stepped and forms an intermediate cavity with a lower step of the case. In the intermediate cavity there is installed a bush connected with the funnel and made with end slots interacting with response slots of the case. The shank end is equipped with a sub with internal circular bore; the sub is connected with a lower step of the funnel of smaller diameter.

EFFECT: simplified design, increased reliability of operation and expanded range of application.
