FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes stepped housing made in the form of its upper part at least with one filling hole; and lower part with at least one radial hole; sleeve with at least one radial hole which is placed in the housing and covers the radial hole of lower part of the housing. There is casing forming together with outer lower part of housing an annular chamber where isolating sleeve with inner annular bore is placed; mounting seat with fixture of locking member for the whole operating period of the device, which is attached to lower part of sleeve; intermediate sleeve placed in upper part of housing opposite its filling hole and made in lower part with limit stop of axial movement of sleeve; shutoff sleeve with mounting seat, which is placed in housing above intermediate sleeve, and hydraulic packer on lower part of housing. At that, device has the possibility of providing the hydraulic connection of inner cavity of sleeve to cavity of hydraulic packer through radial holes of sleeve, radial holes of lower housing part and inner annular bore of isolating sleeve when packer is set to working position and disconnection of the above connection when isolating sleeve moves to its extreme position when the specified packer pressure is achieved.

EFFECT: higher operating reliability of device in wells with various curvature of their shafts and horizontal shafts.
