SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for ultrasonic diagnostics. Device contains remote working place and diagnostic centre. Remote working place includes successively connected ultrasonic sensor, channel commutator, unit of formation of spatial acoustic channels, receiver, analogue-digital converter, data packet composer and data packet transmitter, as well as sweep, generator, sync pulse generator and first command line transceiver. Diagnostic centre includes successively connected data packet receiver, unit of data packet disassembling, coordinate converter, memory device and monitor, as well as second command line transceiver, connected with first command line transceiver. Data packet transmitter is connected with data packet receiver, second input of unit of formation of spatial acoustic channels is connected with first generator output, first input of sync pulse generator and input of sweep, whose output is connected with third input of unit of formation of spatial acoustic channels and with second input of data packet composer, to second input of ADC connected is second output of generator, to second input of coordinate converter connected is second output of data packer disassembling unit.

EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to carry put ultrasonic examination in distant mode.
