FIELD: ultrasonic diagnostic tools.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultrasonic diagnostic tools and can be used for remote examination of a patient. The remotely controlled patient examination system includes a remote workplace and a diagnostic center equipped with transceivers, which are interconnected by a two-way wireless communication line via the Internet. The remote workplace is provided with a stationary computer or a mobile computer connected to the camera, which are located on a tripod, or a smartphone with a camera placed on a tripod. The manipulator in a remote workplace is connected via wireless technology to a stationary computer, or to a mobile computer, or to a smartphone equipped with an application that broadcasts an ultrasound image over the Internet via a server between the workplace and the diagnostic center. The manipulator in the remote workplace is designed as L-shaped frame located above the couch in the form of a horizontal crossbar and a vertical support attached to it on one side. The support is configured to be height adjustable and is fixed with the lower part on a rod horizontally located on the floor along one long side of the couch, which serves as a rail for longitudinal movement of the vertical support along it, and the possibility of simultaneous movement over the couch using a carriage on a horizontal crossbar for movement across the vertical guide fixed on it to install the height of the ultrasonic scanner sensor, fixed in the retainer. The rod is fixed on stands, which respectively stand on height-adjustable supports and to establish the horizontal level of the rod.

EFFECT: present invention enables to perform remote examination of a patient.
