FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: rubber nanocomposite compound contains a peroxide curing substance, natural montmorillonite nanoclay modified with a quaternary ammonium salt or a halobutyl ionomer with high content of multi-olefin. The halogenbutyl ionomer with high content of multi-olefin is obtained via polymerisation of a monomer mixture containing 80-95 wt % isobutene monomer and 4-20 wt % isoprene monomer in the presence of AlCl3 and a source of protons and/or carbocationic compound or silyl compound and 0.01-1.0 wt % multi-olefin cross-linking agent, and (b) halogenation of the buyl polymer with high content of multi-olefin and (c) reaction of the halobutyl polymer with one phosphorus-based nucleophile.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a rubber nano-composite compound with a halobutyl ionomer with high content of multi-olefin and obtain high-purity moulded articles without impurities.
