FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of pulling and back cables, of pulling semi-block (3), of back semi-block (4) and of hydraulic system of compensation. The hydraulic system of compensation has pulling (9) and back (10) hydro-cylinders positioned on a handle; piston cavities of hydro-cylinders are connected with hydro-drive (6). Further, the system has back valve (11), safety valve (12) and valve (13). The pulling and back cables are reeved through pulling (3) and back (4) semi-blocks and external and internal strands of double-strand units on drums of a pressure winch. Rods of hydro-cylinders (9) are connected with semi-block (3), while rods of hydro-cylinders (10) are connected to semi-block (4) which facilitates changing length of pulling and back cables with transfer of the semi-blocks along the handle. Ratio of back diameters to diameters of pulling hydro-cylinders is more, than one.
EFFECT: reduced dynamic loads on working equipment, increased service life of cables, of strands of blocks and drums of winch.
