FIELD: mining engineering.
SUBSTANCE: thrusting drive mechanism of a singel-bucket excavator is necessary for carrying out reciprocal travel of the handle when digging, inserting thereof in the face and removal of soil by moving the bucket by the excavator lifting mechanism. The technical problem of the invention is to simplify the structure of the thrusting drive tension device by maximizing the weight of the engine when the belt is tensioned, increasing safety of the thrusting drive and belt tensioning device. The technical problem is solved by implementing the thrusting drive in the mine excavator, containing an electric motor and a reducer, the pulleys connected by a belt are respectevely mounted on the inlet and outlet shafts, as well as the belt tensioning device and the brake. The electric motor is located on the base, pivotally mounted on the boom. The belt tension adjusting device comprises a hydraulic cylinder fixed to the boom, which rod is pivotally connected to the edge of the base from the side of the reducer. The brake comprises a threaded rod, a lock nut, an adjusting nut and spherical washers and is mounted on a bracket located on the boom, and the brake rod is pivotally connected to the base edge of the opposite reducer. where T is the force necessary to tension the belt (selected empirically), G is the engine weight, α - the angle of the belt to the horizon, H - the height of the engine centers to the base pivot mount on the boom.
EFFECT: simplification of the thrusting drive tension device, possibility to obtain maximum use of the engine weight for tensioning the belts, and improve safety of the thrusting drive.
