FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: installation for trenchless repair of pipelines consists of drum with cloth shell wound on it, of bath for impregnation of this shell with polymer composition, of hollow cantilever for laying cloth shell into film sleeve, and of pneumatic-mechanical gate with pressure gauges and valves arranged on it. The bath is equipped with freely rotating rollers and has a cover with an opening hatch for refilling polymer composition and with thermo-electric heaters for polymer composition controlled heating. In the cover from the side of the bath there are made two slits opposite to each other for input and output of the cloth shell. The bath, the cover and its hatch have heat insulation coating on external side.

EFFECT: impregnation of cloth shells with polymer composition at low ambient temperature and accelerated impregnation, increased efficiency of installation for trenchless repair of pipelines.
