FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method is realised through additional modulation of the signal from each antenna with its code modulation sequence and generation in an adder of a single, group signal which is processed in a single reception channel, which eliminates errors due to non-identity when using several reception channels. Division of the group signal into a signal from each antenna takes place at low frequency during digital processing in a direction evaluator.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining direction of a radio signal source and spatial orientation of an object by using all the energy of the signal from each antenna on the entire measurement interval owing to generation of a single group signal processed in one reception channel.
