SUBSTANCE: in one version, the information processing device has a device for linking data of the existing document with the image input device, for which scanning and transmission settings have to be created, a device for extracting scanning settings from data of the existing document linked to the image input device, a device for establishing the cell address in memory where data of the existing document are stored as the memory cell address of scanning data which must be provided through a data input device as a result of the scanning process, and a device for transmitting the extracted scanning settings and the established memory cell address to the image input device as scanning and transmission settings, which must be registered using the image input device.
