FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: that is ensured by laparotomy, stomach isolation by ligation in an oesophagogastric junction and at the boundary with a duodenum. A catheter is inserted in a gastric lumen, and a laparotomy wound is tightly sutured. In addition, a catheter is inserted in an abdominal cavity through a puncture of an anterior abdominal wall. Then, air is pumped simultaneously in the stomach and the abdominal cavity to break the stomach wall.
EFFECT: higher reliability and reproducibility of a model of the disease due to creating pathogenesis mechanisms arising in natural clinical conditions.
