FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of preparing a polyphenol agent from lady's mantle, which reduces toxicity of cyclphosphamide, in which crushed leaves and tips of flower stalks with flower buds and lady's mantle flowers are extracted with 40% ethyl alcohol under defined conditions, evaporated and the residue is lyophilically dried.
EFFECT: agent obtained using the described method effectively reduces toxicity of cyclophosphamide and has cytotoxic activity.
