FIELD: nanotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises producing nano powder from electrically conducting material, material crystallite nanoparticles with sizes varying from 3 to 20 nm are selected, surface of each said particle is coated by layer of another electrically conducting material with atomic (molecular) weight exceeding that of crystallite material and layer thickness not exceeding crystallite radius. Note here that condition 1/hf<<πΔM/(λfM) is obeyed where hF is phonon path in crystallite, ΔM is difference in molecular (atomic) weights, λF is phonon wave length, M is atomic (molecular) weight. Powder of produced coated nanoparticles is compacted at pressure or by sintering to produce conducting solid nano composite.

EFFECT: higher resonance amplification of electron-phonon interaction, transition to 3D structure via new nano composite.
