SUBSTANCE: device comprises the first mixer (M) (1), a sinusoidal wave generator (G) (2), a generator of the first modulating oscillation (5) and an amplifier (A) (13), at the same time the output of G (3) is connected to the first output of M (1), the second input of which is connected to the output of G (5), and frequency of the first modulating oscillation is selected as less than the frequency of sinusoidal oscillation. The device comprises the second M (7), a generator of the second modulating oscillation (9), a pump oscillator (12), and also an output unit (11), besides, the outlet of M (1) is connected to the first input of M (7), the second input of which is connected to the output of G (9). The output of G (12) is connected to the output of A (13), output of which is connected to one input of the output unit (11), the other input of which is connected to the output of M (7), and the output is an output of the device, at the same time the output unit (11) is arranged either in the form of a summator, or in the form of a multiplier, and frequency of the second modulating oscillation is selected as less than frequency of the first modulating oscillation.

EFFECT: invention provides amplification of pulse signals with a priori unknown parameters and characteristics, superbroadband pulses, packs of pulses and pulses within packs of pulses, which follow with a high frequency of repetition, and provision of possibility to tune amplification parameters to match parameters of amplified pulse signal.
