FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: collapsible greenhouse comprises a frame formed by arched structures, made of parts, longitudinal parts and end arched structures with doors and air vents, a light-transparent barrier, closing units. All parts of the frame have paint and varnish or other protective coating against corrosion and are made of a thin-sheet cold-rolled steel furring channels with a middle shelf, inclined side walls and bends of edges to outside. Arched structures are made in the form of trusses, which include arcs equipped with chords serially connected to them. Middle parts of the neighboring chords are connected to each other by means of chord ties. Middle parts of chords and chord ties of each truss are connected to an arc by means of radial ties. Bends of frame part channel are arranged as side shelves of the channel. Arc parts are connected to each other by overlapping, for this purpose they have a lengthy slot cut of the middle shelf along the overlapping length, and are fixed along the side shelves and inclined side walls by means of a helical joint. Arcs are fixed to the longitudinal parts by means of the helical joint of side shelves of channels. Chords are connected to arcs. According to the first version all arched parts of the frame face outwards with their middle shelves. Chords are connected with arcs, and chord ties with chords - by deepening of end sections of the channel into the channel and are fixed by a helical joint along inclined side walls of channels. Radial ties are connected to arcs by deepening of end sections of the channel into the channel, and for this purpose there are cuts of the channel side shelves provided at the joined ends of radial ties. Radial ties are connected to chords and chord ties by enveloping of their channel from the outside with end sections of the radial ties, and for this purpose there are cuts of the channel middle shelf provided at the joined ends of radial ties connected to them. Radial ties are fixed with arcs, chords and chord ties by means of a helical joint along inclined side walls of channels. According to the second version all arched parts of the frame face inwards with their middle shelves. Chords are connected to arcs by enveloping chords of arc channels with end sections of the channels from the outside. Chord ties are connected to chords by enveloping chord channel chord ties with end sections of the channels from the outside and are fixed by a helical joint along inclined side walls of the channels. Radial ties are connected to arcs by enveloping arc channel ties with end sections of the channel, and for this purpose there are cuts of the channel middle shelf provided at the joined ends of radial ties connected to them. Radial ties are connected to chords and chord ties by deepening of end sections of the channel into the channel and are fixed by a helical joint along inclined side walls of channels.
EFFECT: arrangement ensures structure rigidity and production of greenhouses of various width.
