FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forest industry and may be used in deforestation of water storage steep slope banks. Proposed plant comprises self-propelled floating platform with rotary column supporting telescoping beam with extending sections, beam manipulator provided with cutting and gripping device, piling thrusts an operator cabin. Telescoping beam with extending sections is mounted on rotary column to turn in vertical plane while beam manipulator with cutting and gripping device, piling thrusts and operator cabin is installed at the tail of telescoping beam last extending section. Note here that said last section is equipped with support wheel to add to stability in felling and piling trees. Self-propelled floating platform is equipped with pile supports.
EFFECT: higher quality of deforestation, ease of piling and transfer.
