FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used to control stability of stationary tower cranes. Proposed device comprises digital computer, external memory, actuator, load transducer, dynamic moment limiter, wind velocity pickup, boom position pickup, digital computer, torque transducer, controller with loaded control algorithms based on fuzzy logic, stability control hardware and visual display. First output of digital computer is connected with actuator input while second output of digital computer is connected with input of external memory with its output connected with first input of digital computer. Second input of digital computer is connected with load transducer and dynamic moment limiter outputs. Outputs of wind velocity pickup, wind flow direction pickup, boom position pickup and torque transducer are connected with controller first input while controller first output is connected with stability control hardware input. Controller second output is connected with third input of digital computer with its third output connected with visual display input.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety.
