FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: automobile ignition system includes the following: position sensor (1) of piston in engine cylinder, two pulse shapers (4, 5), in-series connected controlled delay element (6), shaping amplifier (8), disjunctor (9), ignition transformer (10), high voltage distributor (11) and ignition plugs (12), pressure sensor (14), and time shift metre (7). Induction winding of piston position sensor (1) has phase angle corresponding to piston position in cylinder after upper dead point. Pressure sensor (14) is arranged in engine cylinder. The first and the second inputs of time shift metre (7) are connected through the first and the second pulse shapers (4,5) to outputs of induction winding (3) of piston position sensor and to output of pressure sensor (14) respectively. Signal input of controlled delay element (6) is connected to output of the first pulse shaper (4), and the first and the second control inputs are connected to the first and the second outputs of time shift metre (7) respectively. Time shift metre can contain clock-pulse generator (7.6), two RS-triggers (7.1, 7.2), two OR elements (7.13, 7.14), two delay elements (7.7, 7.8), four AND elements (7.9, 7.10, 7.11, 7.12), register (7.5), pulse counter (7.3) and code comparator (7,4). Controlled delay element can contain clock-pulse generator (6.4), two pulse counters (6.1, 6.2), one of which (6.1) is reversible, and code comparator (6.3) and OR element (6.5).
EFFECT: higher operating reliability of ignition system at change of advance angle of ignition for alignment of time of the most intensive burning of mixture with outer position of piston.
