FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of pipe of thermo-plastic equipped with current conducting system of electric welding on its surface facing lengthwise axis. The device is equipped with a sub inserted along connecting section into an internal pipe and with a reinforcing layer at least partially enveloping internal pipe and the sub. The reinforcing layer is connected with the internal pipe by means of solid connection or by means of adding material, while it is connected with the sub by means of the connection with form closure.
EFFECT: increased reliability of connection.
