FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method for manufacture of plastic drain pipe armored with steel tapes that contains the following stages: (1) combination of steel tapes and plastic to shape composite profile with ribs reinforced by armored steel tapes; (2) transportation of composite profiles to the place of installation; (3) winding of spiral on composite profiles with simultaneous melting and welding of profile edge to mold plastic drain pipes armored with steel tapes; and (4) manufacture of lock butt joint on one end of pipe. Invention is also related to plastic drain pipe manufactured by specified method comprising plastic body of pipe and stiffening rib that make integral whole with plastic body of pipe, in which ribs of plastic pipe are reinforced with steel tapes covered with plastic. In invention device is also suggested for manufacture of plastic drain pipe armored with steel tapes.

EFFECT: in process of composite profile formation steel tapes are combined with plastic in process of single-stages process.
